I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, and know through this experience that each phase of life can bring tough moments. I provide personalized, whole-person care that considers the emotional, relational, and lifestyle factors shaping your mental health.
*I specialize in treating patients using a holistic approach to manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, and various life transitions.
About Me
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy and went on to receive my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Wayne State University. My clinical training and professional background span various settings, giving me a broad and flexible foundation for supporting mental health across the lifespan.
My passion for mental health comes from a genuine desire to help people feel more grounded, hopeful, and in control of their lives. I’ve always been drawn to listening, supporting, and helping others navigate what they’re going through—whether it’s big emotions or life’s everyday challenges.
Outside of the office, you’ll usually find me hanging out with my dog, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, enjoying a Pilates class, or spending quality time with friends and family. I value self-care, connection, and living with intention—things that not only shape my personal life but also influence how I support others in their mental health journey.
