Single sessions are exactly what they sound like!

These are one-time individual sessions scheduled with the intention of covering one specific topic.

They are a great option for those that need a boost of mental health support but do not need ongoing therapy, or feel the need to add a specialty topic to their existing therapy.

Single sessions are open to both Early Wellness Group clients and those not regularly involved with Early Wellness Group.
