Haleigh Jaffe, LLMSW

LLMSW: PSYCHOTHERAPIST

I am a therapist helping you access your own inner wisdom.

I aim to create a warm, non-judgemental space where you can feel comfortable exploring the most concealed parts of yourself. It is one of life’s most vulnerable experiences to ask for help and open your heart to change. I work to honor that vulnerability in every session.

You are the expert of your own experience, and together we can build the self-trust and self-acceptance needed to help you reach your healing potential.

*I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults with anxiety, depression, attachment concerns, and trauma. I also have a passion for supporting queer-identified individuals.

About Me

Since I was young, I have had a desire to connect with and support others in mental and emotional healing. However, it was in my college years that I shifted my career path to match my interests. My experience working with students facing individual and group challenges encouraged me to return to school for my MSW.

I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, with a concentration in mental health, from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor. Before graduate school, I earned a bachelor’s degree in both Film and Spanish. I also have additional post-graduate training in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR).

Outside of the office, I love to spend time in nature and get bossed around by my golden retriever. I enjoy trying new foods, spending time with loved ones, and watching reality TV!
