NUTRITION FOR MENTAL HEALTH AT
EARLY WELLNESS GROUP
ROYAL OAK LOCATION
MAGGIE THOMAS, RD, CSP
Serves as the Registered Dietician Nutritionist (RD) AT EWG. She has successfully worked with a variety of clients and concerns ranging from pediatric GI issues, to gestational diabetes, disordered eating, and of course - nutrition support for anxiety, depression, and mood disturbances.
What you eat fuels your bodies and your mind. It directly affects how you think, feel, and function. Nutrition impacts brain chemistry, energy levels, and emotional resilience, making a balanced diet one of the most powerful tools you can have for mental and physical well-being.
At Early Wellness Group, nutritional care is available to those inside or outside of our practice. It is a great option if you are looking to:
Alleviate your mental health symptoms
Stabilize mood and energy levels
Improve your pre/post-natal experience
Treat pre-existing conditions
Optimize your physical health
Support your child’s physical or mental wellbeing
**Nutritional education and care is an OPTION - it offered as a separate service and is not automatically integrated in psychotherapy services.
